Sunny Saturday
It's 32 now and will top out near 70!
I should say, there is much that is wonderful about the church where I'm interning. Many wonderful things/people. And supervising pastor has many engaging ideas about how the internship should go. I think there are some huge personal challenges for me that may be more important learnings than the actual work assignments....
Like, how to maintain some sense of my own autonomy and reality when someone I love and respect is angry because I haven't done something that doesn't make sense to me.
Like, how to lay claim to what is real and important to me, and know when I can draw the line, when a supervisor is heading down a path where I really cannot follow.
Etc.
It's going to be interesting, that's all I'll say.
Gotta get ready for the Easter planning training thing, where we'll hopefully hammer out the rest of the details for next Sunday's events.

A week from now it will be Easter Monday...and soon the end of the semester.
